Position Summary
The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technology solutions that meet our clients' business requirements and strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design specifications and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions that align with client business objectives and technology strategy
- Develop detailed architecture documentation including solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
- Lead architectural governance and ensure adherence to standards, patterns, and best practices
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks for client solutions
- Identify integration points between systems and design APIs and interfaces accordingly
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution designs
- Present and explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with pre-sales teams to develop proposals and solution architectures for new opportunities
- Support project governance through participation in steering committees and technical oversight groups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technology solution design and implementation
- 5+ years in an architecture role with demonstrated experience in enterprise-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with modern application architectures (microservices, serverless, event-driven)
- Proficiency in integration patterns and technologies
- Understanding of security architecture principles and best practices
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of data architecture and database technologies
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
- Architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF)
- Experience with industry-specific solutions (financial services, healthcare, retail, etc.)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of Australian data sovereignty and compliance requirements
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
- Background in software development or systems engineering
- Exposure to agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks
- Experience working with government or regulated industries in Australia

Working Hours & Arrangements
- Full-time position (38 hours per week)

We are a growing organization seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with Australian financial regulations.
Position Summary
The Finance Manager will lead our finance team and manage all aspects of the company's financial activities, including reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting skills with business acumen and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards
- Manage the annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the executive team
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and compliance procedures
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
